On Saturday, July 3, the EIL students were joined by Profs. Berry and Parsons and Zosia Rutkowska (IES Abroad, London) on a 3-hour walking tour of the City of London. Under the direction of our tour guide, Sean Kelleher, the students were given a good orientation of the City with chances to take photos near Westminster Abbey, Household Calvary Museum, The Mall, St. Paul's Cathedral, The Globe Theatre, and the Millennium Bridge over the Thames River. Sean also gave the students a superb history lesson on London from the Middle Ages up to the present. The tour ended at Borough Market which gave the students the opportunity to have lunch at London's premier food market.
